Cookie policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Phytoguard Systems Ltd ("Phytoguard", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on www.phytoguardsystems.com (the "Site"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage, store information in your browser in a comparable way. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of these technologies.

Cookies set by the website you are visiting are "first-party" cookies. Cookies set by another organization are "third-party" cookies.

2. Our approach

  • Strictly necessary storage is used without consent, because the Site cannot work properly without it.
  • All other cookies (currently only analytics) are off by default. They are set only after you click "Accept all" in the cookie banner.
  • "Decline" and "Accept all" are offered with equal prominence, and the Site works fully whichever you choose.
  • We do not use advertising, retargeting or social-media tracking cookies.
  • The Site is hosted on Microsoft Azure. All fonts and scripts are served from our own domain. No third-party content is loaded before you consent.

3.2 Analytics (only with your consent)

If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited (for users in the EEA and UK) and Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. Google Analytics provides us with aggregated reports. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We have disabled Google signals and advertising personalization.

Information collected by Google Analytics may be transferred to and processed in the United States. See section 5 of our Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from sites that use its services.

4. Managing your choice

  • On this Site: click (also in the footer of every page) to change or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection and deletes the analytics cookies the Site set.
  • Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, analytics will not load unless you actively opt in.
  • In your browser: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Help pages: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
  • Google Analytics opt-out: you can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

5. Changes to this policy

If we add new cookies or change how we use them, we will update this policy and, where consent is required, ask for your consent again.
